Terms of Service

These terms apply to quotes, bookings, and work performed by Kitchen Wrapping Sydney (ABN 59 698 054 456).

Quotes

Fixed quotes are issued after a free in-person measure and are valid for 30 days from issue. The measure visit is free unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start may incur a callout fee. We do our best to accommodate reschedules and don't charge for emergencies or genuine changes of plan.

Scope

We perform architectural vinyl wrapping work, which does not require an electrical, plumbing, or gas licence. Where a surface is identified during a measure or install as unsuitable for wrapping, we'll say so rather than proceed, and quote any suitable alternative work separately.

Insurance

$20m public liability insurance. A current certificate of currency is available on request.

Workmanship

We warrant our workmanship for 12 months from completion. Materials are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.
